It`s time to start our local "See Mommy Run" group. We are planning on meeting on Saturdays at 8:30 am at the Red Bluff High School track. Feel free to bring a stroller, let your kids play in the grass or just come by yourself. This is sure to be a great way to meet other moms and burn some calories!It`s not a set time thing so get there when you can and leave when you want to. I plan on walking for about an hour each Saturday.
