notes:	Check out this fun opportunity to be active together as a family on a flat and scenic out-and-back course along the Springwater Corridor. The 10K will begin at 8:30am and the 5K will begin at 9am. Participants are welcome to run or walk either course, beginning at the Grove at Oaks Park. This is a small, chip timed race focused on creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for runners of all ages and abilities and we encourage you to bring the kids, whether this is their first or their 10th race. (Kids riding in strollers or front packs are free.) Don`t forget to stick around for age group awards and raffle prizes. A significant family discount is available until April 15th. Plus, the first 100 to register will receive a free event t-shirt! Proceeds support the Healthy Kids Program at West Hills Christian School in Portland, Oregon.
