repeating week four

I finished week four, column three very weakly and will repeat it this week. This program is very tedious but it does produce results. Andrea, I expect for you to get back on the wagon!!

Also repeating weekd four and also do 1/2 of them on my kneess.......I am soo ashamed!! Flu hit our house HARD!!

i am starting week 5 and man it's tough. I just did my max of 41 and didn't feel like completely dying afterwards. I am also in the middle of my 16 week marathon training program, so I am feeling good. You have to stick with it!
